A Note of Thanks from the Chair

This pānui is to share the outcome of our recent vote.

For the Special Resolution to be approved, at least 75% of those who participated needed to support the adoption of a company trustee – Te Pae o Waimihia Trustees Limited.

I am pleased to inform you that this threshold was successfully met, and the resolution has now passed. I extend my heartfelt thanks to each and every one of you who took the time to participate. Your engagement and collective support have been instrumental in progressing this kaupapa and enabling the amendments to the Te Pae o Waimihia Trust Deed.

As we look ahead, we now move into the next phase of implementation. Please be aware that transitioning to the new trust structure may take some time, and we will continue to keep you informed as we work through the process.

A single reed may break, but bound together, we are unbreakable.
