Eco-park venture sign of the future

Te Pae o Waimihia Trust has been working with Contact Energy to develop the land at Rakaunui Road. This is the He Ahi Eco-Business Park. Stage 1 of this development has now been completed and land is now available for sale or lease. The trust will be offering properties to those who want to use the land for clean energy businesses or similar projects.

When the trust sells or leases land the money will be reinvested back into the whenua.  This project is part of the Trust long term commitment to create growth in assets so we can give back to our members for generations to come.
